Conceived by Miguel Ferrer Nudelman in November 2022 upon return to Puerto Rico from Barcelona, Spain. Miguel has presented Comunidá to over 35 interested partners, investors, government officials, architects and strategic advisors, and is in the process of finalizing the business plan and roadmap to opening!
